Water Service Line Material Survey

Due to newly updated state and federal regulations, the RWD is required to keep a record of the material of all drinking water service lines. The goal of these regulations is to reduce the public’s exposure to lead. Exposure to lead can be harmful to human health, especially for children and the elderly.

The RWD is collecting information about the privately-owned section of the service line by conducting a customer survey. Please help the RWD ensure clean water for generations to come by completing a survey for your home or business by June 30, 2024. The survey is available to complete online at https://lead-service-line-inventory-dgrwd4.hub.arcgis.com/. Paper copies can be obtained at the RWD office (1768 N 700 Rd).
